A work permit is delivered by the labour ministry and can be applied to various posts and industries, for almost every case not fitting the OP conditions.
The guidelines for work permit application as issued by the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations, Employment and Training (MLIRET) set out the eligibility criteria for work permit.
