Employees are entitled to up to 15 weeks of paid pregnancy leave. The 15 weeks can start as early as 12 weeks before the expected date of birth and can end as late as 17 weeks after the actual date of birth. Pregnancy leave ends on the day the baby is born.
The paid leave is usually 55%
