Employers must bear the cost for employer only contributions to INAIL (1.4.1).
Additionally, they must provide for an employee leaving indemnity (1.4.2).
1.4.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý INAIL – National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work
INAIL is an insurance contribution to the National Institute of Insurance for Workers and Employees. The employer is subject to compulsory insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases and the craftsman without employees paying the premium every year.
