Cathya Djanogly is a tax solicitor with over seventeen years experience at both Magic Circle law firms and Big Four accounting firms. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (ATII/CTA) and of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.
Following her French law degree, she completed an international business degree at Sciences-Po, one of France's 'grandes ecoles' in Paris. Cathya then moved to London where she completed her English law studies (CPE and LPC) and qualified as a solicitor.
She has advised on a wide range of high profile and complex transactions, in particular; real estate acquisitions and disposals, private equity investments and corporate transactions.
She is the Cases editor of Tax Journal, the editor of Butterworths VAT and Property and the author of Tolley's Tax and VAT Cases and of two Tolley's Tax Digests. She is also a tax consultant and educator.
