74  Short title, commencement and extent

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

(2)     The following provisions of this Act, namely—

Part II, except sections 29 to 32, 41 and 46 to 48 and Schedule 13;

sections 59 to 62 and 65 and 66; and

Part IV, except section
