Part 1 Amendments to State Pension Credit Act 2002

State Pension Credit Act 2002 (c 16)

The State Pension Credit Act 2002 is amended as follows.

In section 1 (entitlement), in subsection (2)(c), at the end there is inserted

(iii)     the conditions in section 3A(1) and (2) (housing credit).â€

In that section, in subsection (3)—

(a)     after paragraph (b) there is inserted

(c)     to a housing credit, calculated in accordance with section 3A, if he satisfies the conditions in subsections (1) and (2) of that section,â€;
