64  Injuries arising before 5 July 1948

(1)     In Part 5 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (industrial injuries benefit), the following provisions are repealed—

(a)     in section 94(1), the words “after 4th July 1948”;

(b)     in section 103(2)(a), the words “after 4th July 1948”;

(c)     in section 108(1),
