91  Pre-1985 fluoridation schemes [91 [91] Pre-1985 fluoridation schemes] [Old Welsh fluoridation arrangements: transitional provision]

Schedule 7 to this Act shall have effect with respect to fluoridation schemes made before the coming into force of the Water (Fluoridation) Act 1985.

[(1)     With effect from the appointed day, relevant pre-1985 arrangements [old Welsh fluoridation arrangements] shall be treated for the purposes of this Chapter as if they were arrangements entered into by the water undertaker in question with the relevant authority [Welsh Ministers] under section 87(1) above.

(2)     The relevant authority [Welsh Ministers] may request
