[88H  Payments by local authorities towards fluoridation costs]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý This section applies where a water undertaker enters into arrangements with the Secretary of State under section 87(1).

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The Secretary of State may require all local authorities affected by the arrangements to make payments to the Secretary of State to meet any costs incurred by the Secretary of State under the terms of the arrangements.
