2 Ìý¶Ù±ð´Ú¾±²Ô¾±³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ

In the construction of this Act unless the context otherwise requires—

“Trust†shall mean and include—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý any trust constituted by any deed or other writing, or by private or local Act of Parliament, or by Royal Charter, or by resolution of any corporation or public or ecclesiastical body, and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the appointment of any tutor, curator, [guardian]
