6  Official statistics

(1)     In this Part “official statistics” means—

(a)     statistics produced by—

(i)     the Board,

(ii)     a government department,

(iii)     the Scottish Administration,

(iv)     a Welsh ministerial authority,

(v)     a Northern Ireland department, or

(vi)     any
