[130F  Information provision]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The Secretary of State may by regulations require—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a court which makes a relevant order for possession, or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý any other person or description of person who the Secretary of State thinks is or may be aware of the making of such an order,

to notify him of the making of the order and to provide him with such details of matters in connection with the order as may be prescribed.

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The Secretary of State may provide—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý information obtained under subsection (1), or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý information which is relevant to the exercise by him of any function relating to housing benefit,
