SCHEDULE 3 Regulations as to Procedure

Section 59

Interpretation

1

In this Schedule “competent tribunal†means—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a Commissioner;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a social security appeal tribunal;

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a disability appeal tribunal;

(d)ÌýÌýÌýÌý a medical appeal tribunal;

(e)ÌýÌýÌýÌý an adjudicating medical practitioner.
