SCHEDULE 10 Supplementary Benefit etc

Section 186

Interpretation

1

In this Schedule—

“the former National Insurance Acts†means the National Insurance Act 1946 and the National Insurance Act 1965; and

“the former Industrial Injuries Acts†means the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1946 and the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965.

Claims and payments

(1)     Section 5 above shall have effect in relation to the benefits specified in sub-paragraph (2) below as it has effect in relation to the benefits to which it applies by virtue of subsection (2).
