190  Parliamentary control of orders and regulations

(1)     Subject to the provisions of this section, a statutory instrument containing (whether alone or with other provisions)—

[(zza)     an order under section 115A(3B);]

[(zzb)     regulations under section 115C(2) or 115D(1) or (2);]

[(za)     regulations under section 132A(4);]

(a)     an order under section 141, 143, [. . .] 145, . . . 150, [150A,] [151A,] 152 or 162(7) above;
