[139G  Enforcement determinations]

[(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Where, after the time specified in the notice under section 139F above has expired, the Secretary of State—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý is not satisfied that the authority has attained the standards [or taken the action] in question; or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý is not satisfied that the authority is likely to attain those standards [or take that action] within the time specified in the directions,
