76  Excess benefits

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Regulations may make provision as to any case where a [billing authority] or a [local authority in Scotland] has allowed [council tax benefit] to a person and the amount allowed exceeds the amount to which he is entitled in respect of the benefit.
