43  Constitution of disability appeal tribunals

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A disability appeal tribunal shall consist of a chairman and two other persons.

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Of the members of a tribunal other than the chairman, one shall be drawn from the panel mentioned in subsection (3) of section 42 above.
