33  Appeals following reviews

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Where an adjudication officer has given a decision on a review under section 30(1) above, the claimant or such other person as may be prescribed may appeal—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý in prescribed cases, to a disability appeal tribunal; and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý in any other case, to a social security appeal tribunal.
