98  Public companies: information about aggregate amount paid up on shares

(1)     The Companies Act 2006 is amended as follows.

(2)     In section 94 (application for re-registration as a public company), in subsection (2)—

(a)     omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (c), and

(b)     after paragraph (d) insert “; and
