Part 4 Programme Requirement

Programme requirement

12

(1)     In this Code “programme requirementâ€, in relation to a youth rehabilitation order, means a requirement for the offender to participate in a particular systematic set of activities (a “programmeâ€), which may have a residential component.

(2)     A youth rehabilitation order which imposes a programme requirement must specify—

(a)     the programme,

(b)     the place or places at which the offender is required to participate in it,

(c)     the number of days
