339  Breach of order

(1)     It is an offence for a person without reasonable excuse—

(a)     to do anything he or she is prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order, or

(b)     to fail to do anything he or she is required to do by a criminal behaviour order.

(2)     A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable—

(a)     on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding
