72 Commencement

72 Ìý°ä´Ç³¾³¾±ð²Ô³¦±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù

(1)     The following come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—

(a)     section 1;

(b)     section 36(1), (5), (6) and (9) to (12);

(c)     this Part.

(2)     The other provisions of section 36 come into force on the date specified
