49  Supervisory authorities: notification of barring &c in respect of vulnerable adults

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý This section [Subsection (2)] applies if—

(a)     a person is newly included in the adults' barred list, [or]

(b)     [DBS] becomes [is] aware that a person is subject to a relevant adults' disqualification, or

(³¦)ÌýÌýÌýÌý having been subject to monitoring in relation to regulated activity relating to vulnerable adults, a person ceases to be so subject by virtue of section 26.

(2)     [DBS] must notify every interested supervisory authority of the circumstance mentioned in paragraph (a), (b) or (c) [or (b)] (as
