131 Ìý´¡±è±è±ð²¹±ô²õ

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to refuse an application for the entry of his name in the register, or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to refuse an application for the retention of his name in the register, or

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to remove his name from the register,

[(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to refuse an application for his registration or for the extension of his registration,

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to terminate his registration,

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to give a direction under section 128A of this Act,]

may [appeal to the First-tier Tribunal].

(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Registrar—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to refuse an application for the grant of a licence under this Part of this Act, or

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to revoke such a licence,
