(1)     In this Act—

“relevant enactment†means any enactment contained in—

(a)     the School Sites Acts;

(b)     the Literary and Scientific Institutions Act 1854; or

(c)     the Places of Worship Sites Act 1873;

“relevant landâ€, in relation to a trust which has arisen under section 1 above, means the land which but for this
