168  Prosecutions for corrupt practices

[(1)     A person who is guilty of a corrupt practice shall be liable—

(a)     on conviction on indictment—

(i)     in the case of a corrupt practice under section 60 [or 62A] [or 112A] above, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years, or to a fine,
