SCHEDULE 17 Converted Tenancies: Modification of Act

Section 18A

In this Schedule—

“converted tenancy†means a tenancy which has become a regulated tenancy by virtue of [any of the enactments mentioned in section 18A of this Act.]

“the conversion†means the time when the tenancy became a regulated tenancy.
