In Part II of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to the Public Records Act 1958 (establishments and organisations whose records are public records), insert at the appropriate place—

“Electoral Commission.”

In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation), insert at the appropriate place—

“Electoral Commission.”

In Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (offices disqualifying for membership)—

“The Electoral Commission.”; and

“Deputy Electoral Commissioners.”,

“Assistant Electoral Commissioners.”, and

“Member of the staff of the Electoral Commission.”

In Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Assembly Disqualification Act 1975 (offices disqualifying for membership)—

“The Electoral Commission.”;
