(1)     The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 is amended as follows.

(2)     In section 51(b), after “section 41†insert “or 43Bâ€.

(3)     In section 65(1), in the definition of “the terrorism provisionsâ€, for “section 41†substitute “sections 41 and 43Bâ€.

(4)     In section 118(2)(a), after “section 41†insert “or 43Bâ€.
