38 Ìý°ä´Ç³¾³¾±ð²Ô³¦±ð³¾±ð²Ô³Ù

(1)     Any provision of Part 2 that amends another Act so as—

(a)     to modify a power to make an order or regulations, or

(b)     to confer any such power,

comes into force, for the purposes of the exercise of the power,
