(1)     Section 393 of the Communications Act (general restrictions on disclosure of information) is amended as follows.

(2)     In subsection (1)—

(a)     at the end of paragraph (c) omit “or”,

(b)     at the end of paragraph (d) insert “or”, and

(c)     after paragraph (d)
