41  Meaning of “bladed product” in sections 38 to 40

(1)     Subject to subsections (2) to (4), in sections 38 to 40 “bladed product” means an article which—

(a)     is or has a blade, and

(b)     is capable of causing a serious injury to a person which involves cutting that person's skin.
