22  False or misleading information

(1)     This section applies where false or misleading information is provided to the Secretary of State—

(a)     in a mandatory notice,

(b)     in a validation application,

(c)     in a voluntary notice,

(d)     in response to an information notice, or

(e)     in response to an attendance notice.
