56 听翱蹿蹿别苍肠别

(1)聽聽聽聽 An individual commits an offence if鈥

(a)聽聽聽聽 a Part 2 notice is in force in relation to the individual, and

(b)聽聽聽聽 the individual contravenes without reasonable excuse any measure specified in the notice.

(2)聽聽聽聽 Where an individual鈥

(a)聽聽聽聽 is subject to a measure specified under paragraph 2 of Schedule 7 (a 鈥渢ravel measure鈥), and

(b)聽聽聽聽 leaves the United Kingdom or travels outside the United Kingdom,

subsection (1)(b) has effect, in relation to that act, with the omission of the
