Mental Health Act 1983

(1)     In section 145(1) of the Mental Health Act 1983 (interpretation), in the definition of “mental disorderâ€, for “sections 86(4) and 141(6B)†substitute “section 86(4)â€.

(2)     In section 146 of that Act (application to Scotland), omit “141,â€.

(3)     In section 147 of that Act (application to Northern Ireland), omit “141,â€.
