91  Notice of inclusion or removal

(1)     Subsection (2) applies where land—

(a)     is included in, or

(b)     removed from,

a local authority's list of assets of community value.

(2)     The authority must give written notice of the inclusion or removal to the following persons—

(a)     the owner of the land,
