29  Repayment of unclaimed compensation etc paid into court

(1)     Where—

(a)     a local authority has paid money into court in pursuance of section 76 or 85 of the Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1845 or section 9 of or Schedule 2 . . . to the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965; and
