Regulations

14  Insolvency and winding up

(1)     Regulations shall make provision about the insolvency and winding up of limited liability partnerships by applying or incorporating, with such modifications[—

(a)     in relation to a limited liability partnership registered in Great Britain, [Parts A1] to 4, 6 and 7 of the Insolvency Act 1986;
