(1)     Where—

(a)     the relevant licensing authority makes a determination under section . . . 124(4),

(b)     it receives a notice under section 123(1), 127, 131 or 132, or

(c)     an appeal against a decision under this Part is disposed of,

in relation to a personal licence,
