60  Special provisions as to premises provided under Distribution of Industry Acts 1945 and 1950, etc

(1)     [Where the property comprised in a tenancy consists of premises of which the Minister of Technology or [the English Industrial Estates Corporation] [the Urban Regeneration Agency] is the landlord, being premises situated in a locality which is either—

(a)     a development area . . . or

(b)     an intermediate area . . .
