4 [Accommodation]

4 Ìý°Ú´¡³¦³¦´Ç³¾³¾´Ç»å²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô±Õ

[(1)±ÕÌýÌýÌýÌý The Secretary of State may provide, or arrange for the provision of, facilities for the accommodation of persons—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý temporarily admitted to the United Kingdom under paragraph 21 of Schedule 2 to the 1971 Act;

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý released from detention under that paragraph; or

(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý released on bail from detention under any provision of the Immigration Acts.

[(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The Secretary of State may provide, or arrange for the provision of, facilities for the accommodation of a person if—

(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý he was (but is no longer) an asylum-seeker, and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý his claim for asylum was rejected [or declared inadmissible (see sections 80A and 80B of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002 [and section 5 of the Illegal Migration Act 2023])].
