Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (c 19)

(1)     Section 42 of the Asylum and Immigration (Treatment of Claimants, etc) Act 2004 (amount of fees) is amended as follows.

(2)     Omit subsections (1) to (2A).

(3)     For subsection (3A) substitute—

“(3A)     The amount of a fee under section 1 of the Consular Fees Act 1980 in
