Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (1979 c 5) | Legislation

[2AB Ìýµþ¾±´Ç±ð³Ù³ó²¹²Ô´Ç±ô±Õ

[(1)     In this Act “bioethanol†means a liquid fuel—

(a)     consisting of ethanol produced from biomass, and

(b)     capable of being used for the same purposes as light oil.
