59  Interpretation of Part II and amendments of Housing Associations Act 1985

(1)     In this Part of this Act—

(a)     “the 1985 Act” means the Housing Associations Act 1985; and

() except as provided in section 50(1) above, “the Corporation [Relevant Authority]” and other [subject to subsections (1A) and (1B) below,] expressions used in this Part have the same meaning as in the 1985 Act.
