[15A  Loss of assured tenancy status]

[(1)     Subsection (2) applies if, in breach of an express or implied term of the tenancy, a tenant of a dwelling-house let under an assured tenancy to which this section applies—

(a)     parts with possession of the dwelling-house, or

(b)     sub-lets the whole
