45  Disposals in relation to which ss 46 to 51 apply, etc

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý The following provisions of this Part down to section 51 (restrictions on, and provision of information about, service charges) apply where—

[(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the freehold of a house has been conveyed by a public sector authority; and

(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the conveyance enabled the vendor to recover from the purchaser
