Assured tenancies

56  Assured tenancies

(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý A tenancy under which a dwelling-house is let as a separate dwelling is an assured tenancy and not a housing association tenancy (within the meaning of section 86 of the 1977 Act) or a protected tenancy if—
