68  Short title, commencement and extent

(1)     This Act may be cited as the Gas Act 1986.

(2)     The following provisions of this Act, namely—

Part I except sections 1 and 2;

section 66;

section 67(1) and Schedule 7;

section 67(2);

Part I of Schedule 8 and section 67(3) so far as relating to that Part; and

Part I of Schedule 9 and section 67(4) so far as relating to that Part,
