SCHEDULE 5 Transfer from Gaming Board to Gambling Commission: Supplementary Provision

Section 21

In this Schedule—

“the Board†means the Gaming Board for Great Britain,

“commencement†means the coming into force of section 21, and

“the Commission†means the Gambling Commission.
